（星星生活/吕文琪）新公民们瞧过来！联邦政府之下的一家专门负责公民事务的机构Institute for Canadian Citizenship在目前与加拿大维亚(VIA)火车公司开展合作，为所有刚入籍的新公民们提供福利优惠啦！

所有刚刚成为加国公民的人可以在入籍宣誓后，参与一个名为“Cultural Access Pass”的计划。凭借会员资格，可以得到一次性单程或双程半价火车票的优惠。政府希望用以鼓励新公民到加拿大不同地方走走看看，游览博物馆，美术馆，欣赏加国不同区域的景点，深入了解加国文化。刚入籍吗？那你还等什么，赶紧行动吧！

要得到上述优惠，移民在宣誓入籍后必须参与“Cultural Access Pass”计划，该计划免费参与，并且还可以为新公民提供1年免门票的优惠，前往加拿大国内上千家博物馆、美术馆、历史建筑、省立或国家公园，全部可以免门票！凡是该计划的会员，包括4名未满18岁的子女，均可半价购买火车票。

“Cultural Access Pass”计划听上去很神奇吧！很多不了解的人不妨登陆https://www.icc-icc.ca/en/ 一探究竟。这是政府给新公民的一个伟大的礼物，希望新公民们可以拥有一张文化通行证，进一步了解他们即将效忠和生活的国家。每个国家的文化都是时间和历史沉淀的宝石。

在成为加拿大公民的第一年，文化通行证提供免费游览从加拿大东海岸到西海岸游览文化瑰宝的机会，涵盖超过一千个场所。政府鼓励新公民创造机会，学习加拿大丰富的文化历史，鉴赏世界的作品，了解历史人物和游玩迷人的公园。新公民们真的不应错过这项福利政策！它会让你用最快的速度了解为什么加拿大是世界上最好的国家。同时，积极了解加国也是每个公民的责任和义务。”

现在就来看看如何注册这个文化通行证。
首先大家请登录https://www.icc-icc.ca/en/cap/register.php

符合申请文化通行证“Cultural Access Pass”的人必须满足一下三点：
1，是加拿大公民（不包括永久居民）
2，刚刚拿到公民身份不超过一年
3，年龄在18岁以上

在申请结束后，大家需要到离自己最近的地点去领取你的文化通行证“Cultural Access Pass”。

同时，在领取文化通行证的时候，必须持有：
1．一个带有照片和生日的ID
2．注册时候得到的注册码（会通过邮件发送给您，或者在确认注册纸上也会标注）
3．在入籍仪式的时候给予的入籍文件纸。信上写着你的名字以及你成为公民的日期。
每个不同的领取点都有不同的运营时间，大家在前往之前应该确保领取地点的运营时间，避免白跑一趟。
